Our pre-qualifying requirements for our rental properties are as follows:

• Minimum Credit score of 675
• Income at 2.5 times the rent
• 1-2 years of employment at the same place, or similar field
• Savings or trade accounts with documentable assets
• Verification by the last 2 landlords and supervisors

If you do not meet the minimum requirement please email us with an explanation along with supporting documents. 

You can also use our online system to request maintenance on a rental space, report a problem or keep up with any changes that occur in the rental apartments. We make it easy to ask for repairs and always act quickly when you have a problem in your rental space.
