$45 APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Latest copy of bank statement and paystub is required upon submitting the application form.

Breakdown of Rental Application Fees:

$25 - Appfolio fee for the screening report.

$20 - Hourly admin rate to conduct background checks for each applicant.

3-4 hours of labor to complete background checks.
